La Dolza, un'antica fattoria dalle tradizioni agricole, ora completamente rinnovata, è pronta ad accogliere gli ospiti in un ambiente moderno e accogliente.L'agriturismo dispone di un ampio salone, con una capienza di 150 persone e una sala più piccola, riservata, per una capienza di 20 persone.
Lo chef Pier propone una cucina raffinata ed elegante, rivisitando le ricette tipiche della tradizione veneta.
Rimarrete deliziosamente sorpresi dai piatti che il giovane chef crea, utilizzando gli ingredienti della nostra azienda agricola e di aziende agricole del territorio. Ogni piatto sarà pensato con i prodotti della stagione; per questo motivo il menù verrà concordato un paio di settimane prima, per seguire la stagionalità dei prodotti.
Lo staff, giovane e professionale, vi seguirà in ogni istante dell'evento, venendo incontro a tutte le richieste degli ospiti senza intralciare i festeggiamenti. La cucina propone menù vegetariani, vegani, senza glutine e senza lattosio per soddisfare le esigenze di tutti gli ospiti.

Horseback Trekking to the Revine Lakes
Starting from the stables of La Dolza on horseback and accompanied by Enrico, expert equestrian guide, you can walk through the magnificent valley called Valsana, which extends from Vittorio Veneto to Valdobbiadene, arriving at Revine Lakes in less of 3 hours.
There’s a planned pic-nic, prepared by our chef, by the lake and departure for the return to the Ranch La Dolza, arrival in the late afternoon.

Trekking “Between Sky and Land” in the Prealpes of TrevisoDeparture at 9,30 from Agriturismo La Dolza, stop at the mountain hut for lunch and arrival in the late afternoon at Rifugio Posa Puner, where we dine with local products and overnight; in the morning, after a rich breakfast, we are ready to leave!
