La Dolza offer a traditional Venetian cuisine, revisited by our chef Pier.
The meat cooked by the fireplace where the passion for cooking wood makes sublime the savours, kindness and smile of our staff will make your lunch magnificent.
La Dolza Farm offers a typical venetian cuisine, with homemade products and from local farms.
Starter: homemade sopressa, ossocollo and salami, cheese made with the milk of our cows.
First courses: Risotto with Treviso radicchio with orange, Tortellini with sausage with Parmesancream and rosemary. Agnolotti filled with fresh ricotta and olive extra virgen oil and basil.
Meat: mix spiedo with meat from our farm and other farms of the area, grilled fiorentina and grilled filet steak. You can’t miss the typical baked cheese with polenta!
The vegetables of the garden will be always available also for vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Desserts: a meal cannot end on a sweet note, thanks to the passion of Chef Pier for desserts.
You should taste the “Torta estate”, homemade semifreddo, cakes and the Tiramisù. The jams are made from our orchard and the homemade ice cream of our production. We also make cakes for events and weddings. You will have the possibility to personalize them.
All of this will be accompanied by excellent wines from the Veneto region. Do not miss a good glass of
Prosecco Superiore DOCG, recently area recognized Unesco World Heritage. The water of the spring La Dolza is served in glass jugs.
On reservation, we also offer
gluten free, vegetarian and vegan menus.
From
September to May we are open on Friday evening, Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch.
From
June to August we are open everyday.
Monday and Tuesday are the closing days.
